Each sculpture is handmade in our studio in France and shipped directly from here, with no intermediaries.

Order confirmation and processing

After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email. Ready-made pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 20 business days; the exact time is stated on the product page. As soon as your parcel ships, we send you the tracking number.

Shipping costs and delivery times

  • Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): FREE shipping. Delivery in about 5–10 business days.
  • USA and Canada: shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery in about 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of the world: shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery in about 10–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and count from the dispatch date. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us and we will find a delivery option.

Address and receipt

Please check your address carefully and provide a phone number, which the carrier needs. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping is paid by the buyer.

Packaging and insurance

Each sculpture is wrapped in protective material and packed in a rigid box with shock-absorbing padding. All parcels are fully insured for the value of the work and sent with tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the EU, import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees are set by the destination country. They are not included in the price or shipping cost and are payable by the buyer, usually on receipt of the parcel. Please check local rules in advance.

Damaged or lost parcels

On receipt, please check the packaging. If there is visible damage, note your reservations in writing with the carrier and contact us within 7 days with photos of the work and the packaging. We will open a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, write to us and we will investigate.

About the wood

Wood is a natural material. Slight variations in grain and colour are part of its character. Please unpack your sculpture at room temperature and keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
