Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a third party you designated, received the work.

2. How to withdraw

Write to gennadiiko@gmail.com or send the form below before the period expires. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.

3. Returning the work

Return the sculpture within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

• The work must be in its original condition, with its protective packaging and certificate of authenticity.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. We recommend insured, tracked shipping, as the risk during the return is borne by the Buyer.
• Please let us know in advance so that we can track the parcel.

4. Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. It may be delayed until the work is received or proof of dispatch is provided. The refund uses the same payment method as the order. It covers the price of the work and the standard outbound shipping cost. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

5. Condition of the work

You may inspect the work as you would in a shop. If the work has lost value because of handling beyond such inspection (scratches, chips, signs of use, modifications), the refund may be reduced accordingly.

6. Exclusions

Works made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot be withdrawn from (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). You are informed of this before payment.

7. Damaged or non-conforming work

Write to us within 3 days of receipt, with photos of the work and the packaging. We will open a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or a full refund. Return costs are then covered by us. Your legal guarantees remain in place.

8. Buyers outside the European Union

These terms apply equally to all Buyers. Customs duties and taxes paid in your country are refunded, if at all, by your country’s customs authorities and not by the Seller. Please check the procedure in advance.
